Your mission is to examine business challenges and select the right tool for the job—whether it’s a classical Machine Learning model (XGBoost/Scikit\-learn) for precise numerical predictions, Deep Learning for Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs) for natural interfaces and text analysis—and then design the full required solution. 1\. AI Architecture & Solution Design Consulting * Complex Systems Design: Design end-to-end technical architecture, selecting infrastructure (Cloud), data, and model components. * A2A (Agent\-to\-Agent) Ecosystems: Design interaction protocols for multi\-agent systems, defining how autonomous agents share memory, negotiate tasks, and handle failures asynchronously without direct human supervision. * Trade\-off Evaluation: Serve as a technical consultant to decide between deterministic (Classical ML/Rules) and probabilistic (GenAI) approaches. Example: "Recommend an XGBoost model for credit risk instead of an LLM, ensuring explainability and lower cost." 2\. Technical Standards and Governance Definition * Blueprints & Golden Paths: Create reference technical documentation and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), plus architecture templates to accelerate solution development by engineering teams. * Security and Compliance (Security by Design): Establish AI security standards, such as VPC Service Controls, PII obfuscation prior to inference, granular access control (IAM), encryption, and more. * Technology Curation: Continuously evaluate new market tools, models, and techniques, and certify which should be included in the company’s technology stack. 3\. FinOps & Operational Efficiency * Cost Engineering: Design solutions focused on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Calculate the economic viability of running proprietary models (Gemini 1\.5 Pro) versus hosted open models (Gemma/Llama) or serverless APIs. * AI Data Strategy: Guide Feature Store and Vector Store architecture, ensuring data readiness both for training predictive models and for grounding (RAG) generative models. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Hybrid AI Expertise:** Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of both Traditional Machine Learning (Scikit\-learn, Forecasting, Classification) and GenAI (Transformers, LLMs, Diffusion Models). * **Cloud Architecture Proficiency (Preferably GCP):** Demonstrated ability to design enterprise solutions using Google Cloud components (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Run). * **Solution Architecture:** Strong knowledge of architectural styles (Microservices, REST, Monoliths, DDD, etc.) and patterns, plus strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. * **Software Architecture:** Solid experience with architectural patterns (CQRS, RESTful, EDA, etc.) and API design. * **Agent Frameworks:** Experience designing state flows and orchestration using tools like Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or native cloud orchestrators. **Additional Information** **Here, we are human, we are digital, we are Verity!** Everything we do is grounded in our 8 POWER PRINCIPLES: * Love technology; * Take on major responsibilities; * Cultivate trust-based relationships through transparency; * Pay attention and be guided by customer needs and experience; * Tackle challenges agilely; * Collaborate across people and teams; * Encourage conscious autonomy; * Achieve results consciously.
