




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll administration, time tracking, benefits administration, and other HR-related activities. Execution of payroll closing Main Responsibilities: ✅ Manage the onboarding process: request documents, schedule medical exams, complete forms, create physical and digital employee files, set up system access, and add employees to internal groups. ✅ Manage the offboarding process: submit resignation or notice period requests to Accounting, schedule exit medical exams, deactivate system access, remove the employee's contact from internal groups, cancel dental plans, calculate final payments and deductions, send data to Accounting for termination entries, review and validate termination calculations, forward files to Accounts Payable, and conduct termination homologation. ✅ Schedule and monitor admission, exit, and periodic medical exams. ✅ Manage and monitor time tracking (Ponto Mais system). ✅ Administer meal and transportation benefits. ✅ Execute payroll closing: enter data, verify deductions, send files to Accounting, and organize documentation. ✅ Post messages and congratulate team members on their birthdays. ✅ Perform other duties inherent to the position.
