Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the institution's pedagogical and administrative activities; Monitor students' performance, attendance, and development; Supervise teachers, instructors, and academic staff; Organize schedules, teaching materials, and lesson planning; Prepare pedagogical and administrative reports; Ensure compliance with educational guidelines; Develop educational projects and internal training programs; Support institutional events and selection processes; Monitor teaching performance and quality indicators; Assist in developing courses in administrative, marketing, and graphic design areas.
Requirements
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Administration, Human Resources, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields; Experience in pedagogical coordination, educational management, or team leadership; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with digital systems and platforms; Strong verbal and written communication skills.
