The Pilotist is responsible for manufacturing prototypes, pilot samples, and development components of leather artifacts and accessories, interpreting technical specifications, patterns, and guidance from the development department. They perform assembly, sewing, and finishing of pilot components, contributing to the validation of models, production processes, and quality standards prior to mass production.
