Job Summary:
A professional responsible for planning, inspecting, and performing predictive, preventive, and corrective mechanical maintenance on industrial machines and equipment to ensure their proper operation.
Key Highlights:
1. Planning and execution of mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.
2. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical faults in machines and facilities.
3. Supervision of third-party maintenance service providers.
**Maintenance Mechanic:**
**Schedule:** 6x2 (2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts, and 2 days off, rotating shift)
**Technical Requirements:** Completed high school education plus a technical course in mechanics or electromechanics.
**Salary:** R$3\.342,81
**Responsibilities:**
* Participate in planning maintenance department activities;
* Conduct routine inspections to diagnose the condition and operational status of mechanical machines and equipment;
* Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and accessories to ensure proper operation;
* Responsible for conducting maintenance and repairs on equipment, industrial machines, and facilities;
* Supervise third-party mechanical and building maintenance service providers;
* Read and interpret mechanical technical drawings;
* Perform mechanical maintenance and lubrication, as well as predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance to keep machines and equipment operational.
* Diagnose mechanical faults through technical analysis and evaluation, and disassemble, restore, reassemble, test, and replace parts when necessary, ensuring proper care of equipment under their responsibility;
