We operate across the entire energy value chain, with activities in generation, distribution, transmission, and trading, as well as energy solutions. **POSITION:** Field Supervisor **IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE EXPECTED TO:** * Supervise emergency response services, scheduled maintenance, and commercial services on MV/LV networks, maintaining electrical power supply at pre-established levels. * Develop and update team work schedules, actively ensuring their compliance; * Mitigate absenteeism by identifying options for team reconstitution and adjustments; * Conduct daily safety dialogues across the entire team; * Provide on-demand field technical support; * Conduct periodic audits to identify and address safety, behavioral, and quality deviations (PDCA); * Ensure teams are fully supplied with all necessary materials, tools, equipment, PPE, and collective protective equipment (CPE) to perform tasks; * Ensure all teams are trained to deliver high-quality results, avoiding waste and meeting standards; * Act as backup team leader. * Monitor and control overtime hours. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR Technical Diploma in Electrotechnology. * Basic NR-10 Course (40 hours). * Complementary NR-10 Course (SEP) (40 hours). * Valid Category B driver’s license. * Active CREA registration for Engineers and CFT registration for Technicians. **Work Location:** Limoeiro do Norte – CE Join us at the industry-leading company, where you’ll have the opportunity to help build increasingly sustainable energy—adding your talent to change the world with us!
