Inventory Supervisor

Description

Monitor and carry out activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, and shipment of materials to customers, ensuring appropriate stock levels and work quality in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and execute material handling operations, selecting the appropriate transportation method for each type of cargo; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Conduct inventory inspections and activities together with the team; * Define staffing requirements aligned with necessary operational movements; * Monitor employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure that tasks outlined in the Work Instruction document are being performed; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations by the team; * Conduct and/or support daily safety briefings with the team; * Maintain communication with carriers and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Gather input from internal customers on material priorities to guide shipment scheduling and team planning within the units under supervision; * Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines are met; * Guide/training team members in performing their duties. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations; * Experience in people management. **Additional information** We offer a competitive benefits package aligned with market standards, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meals (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation (transportation voucher or shuttle service); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Development and well-being programs; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), subject to achievement of established goals. **Important:** * Benefits granted per employment contract and/or collective bargaining agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
