INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and assignments** **Your main challenges as a RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR - IDOMED QUIXADÁ are:** * Coordinate Secretariat/Production (BackOffice) area activities, organizing the team and task distribution, ensuring agility and efficiency in completing processes; * Daily monitor and evaluate student requests submitted through SIA (Academic Information System), CRM, Medallia (NPS tool), ensuring compliance with processes and deadlines according to guidelines; * Provide in-person support to students facing difficulties resolving pending issues via virtual secretariat, guaranteeing high-quality service and, above all, problem resolution; * Verify student document compliance; * Serve as custodian of department documents; * Manage renewals and retention; * Guide course coordinators on legal aspects regarding course credit recognition, student transfers, and ENAMED registration; * Conduct official graduation ceremonies, including evaluation/verification of academic activities, preparation of minutes, and issuance of completion certificates; * Receive and analyze documentation for financing programs (Fies) and scholarships (Prouni), following regulations established by institutions and entities, ensuring deadline compliance and student base maintenance; * Supervise diploma production and registration mailing through reports and file verification, aiming to meet deadlines and ensure student graduations. **Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed higher education; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in related fields; * Knowledge of student base maintenance processes; * Familiarity with student recruitment strategies and institutional goals; * Experience in delinquency control actions; * Knowledge in receiving and analyzing documentation for educational programs such as FIES and Prouni; * Data analysis skills to support decision-making; * Social media knowledge, focused on engagement and institutional promotion strategies. **Additional information** Workplace: Quixadá, CE.
