Job Summary:
Field service professional responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance activities, ensuring resource conservation and workplace safety.

Description:
* Completed high school education;
* Basic computer skills;
* Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance;
* Familiarity with the city's geography;
* Driver's license category B and defensive driving certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 months of experience in telecommunications;
* Willingness to travel;
* Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber;
* Router and signal repeater configuration;
* Structured cabling;
* Customer service techniques.

* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Operate company vehicles when necessary;
* Perform other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction;
* Maintain company vehicles in accordance with Fleet Department processes to ensure proper operation;
* Implement workplace safety procedures, including JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and PPE usage, per current legislation;
* Execute field service work orders, including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with company-defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales;
* Be responsible for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and safekeeping of company-provided resources, and inspect the work area upon service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials.
