We are seeking a **Field Service Operator** to carry out field "Service Orders" (SOs), including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in compliance with company-defined operational procedures.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective personal protective equipment (PPE) when required;
* Drive company vehicles when necessary;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and per leadership direction;
* Maintain company vehicles in compliance with Fleet Department processes, ensuring proper functioning;
* Implement workplace safety procedures, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) and use of PPE, in accordance with current legislation;
* Execute field service orders (SOs), including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with company-defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales;
* Safeguard and be accountable for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of company-provided resources, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic computer skills;
* Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance;
* Familiarity with local geography;
* Driver's license class "B" and defensive driving certification.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* 6 months of experience in telecommunications;
* Willingness to travel;
* Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media – twisted-pair cables and optical fiber;
* Router and signal repeater configuration;
* Structured cabling;
* Customer service techniques.
