**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Key challenges for the Academic Operations Coordinator include:**
* Analyze exemption requests;
* Monitor and evaluate the academic semester: track activities; analyze demands received during class councils and propose and implement solutions;
* Support students regarding academic guidance and difficulties adapting to the course and university life;
* Propose continuous improvements to course processes, aiming to sustain the student base (retention, renewal, prevention of dropout, etc.) and enhance student satisfaction indicators (NPS);
* Guide and supervise faculty on course objectives and methodology; evaluate and propose adjustments to teaching teams and subject coordinators; supervise implementation and review of Period Teaching Plans;
* Systematically evaluate all teaching and learning activities;
* Plan weekly course schedules for each period;
* Analyze and/or propose modifications to scenarios required by each period’s realities; respond to demands from campus leadership, Medical Education Directorate, and other higher-level bodies; provide inputs for the Medical Directorate’s regulatory routine.
* Provide regular student support.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**We seek professionals with:**

* Bachelor’s degree in health sciences (preferred);
* Doctorate, Master’s, or specialization in health sciences (preferred);
* Teaching experience or management experience in the market (preferred);
