




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering student to work on production flow optimization, support the implementation of new product models, and assist in performance indicator management, with a focus on efficiency and innovation. Participation in digital transformation and AI initiatives in manufacturing Description: What We Are Looking For Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong communication skills, proactivity, and interest in shop-floor activities. Knowledge of Power BI. Interest in or experience with data analysis, process automation, and AI applications in industry. Responsibilities * Mapping, analysis, and optimization of production flows, focusing on cycle time efficiency and cost reduction. * Updating and maintaining technical documentation such as FMEA, flowcharts, work instruction sheets, and QA matrices. * Supporting the implementation of new product models and process controls for the assembly line. * Assisting in performance indicator management, preparing data for analysis, and developing dashboards (Power BI). * Participating in TIE activities (kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement) and operational training for production. * Supporting the Ergonomics Committee, the 5S Program, and actions to meet IATF 16949 requirements. * Participating in digital transformation initiatives, engaging with tools and concepts related to AI applied to manufacturing. 2511270202401833390
