We are recruiting Store Associates for the cities of Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, Toritama, and Surubim, all located in Pernambuco. The role involves delivering courteous and effective customer service, as well as store organization and empathetic customer reception, always adhering to company policies and guidelines established by leadership. Candidates must enjoy working with people, be communicative and good listeners, and collaborate effectively within a team. **Responsibilities** Customer service, identifying customer needs and offering suitable products. Product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits. Store organization and product restocking. Cashier operations, recording sales and performing daily closing procedures. Achieving sales targets. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Courses in sales or customer service (preferred). Prior experience in sales or customer service (mandatory). Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer literacy. **Skills** Excellent verbal and written communication.
