




Job Summary: We are seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to lead a team, manage sales on Mercado Livre, and plan e-commerce strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Have you ever considered joining one of the best and largest VIA companies in Northeast Brazil? **About the position:** We are seeking an E\-Commerce Coordinator to directly manage a team of 5 employees, organizing daily routines, monitoring performance, and developing the team. Full coordination of Mercado Livre sales operations, covering both Cross Docking and Full models, including planning, execution, and optimization of commercial strategies on the platform. Strategic sales planning, goal setting, and monitoring of operational and financial e\-commerce KPIs. Management and optimization of Mercado Livre Ads campaigns, as well as monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns in partnership with the Marketing department. Active involvement in resolving operational issues to ensure continuity and efficiency of sales and logistics. Support and interface with Finance and Tax departments, assisting in process adjustments, reconciliations, billing, taxation, and other demands related to e\-commerce operations. Collaboration with the IT team in implementing new platforms, system integrations, and troubleshooting technical issues related to the e\-commerce department. Product mix analysis, focusing on top-selling and strategic items for procurement and maintenance of owned inventory. Financial performance management of the department, including budget control, margin, operational costs, and periodic reporting to senior management and the board. Leadership in launching the automotive parts website on the VTEX platform, managing the entire integration process with platforms and related workflows. Management of e\-commerce sales planning and budgeting, aligned with directives provided by the board. Ensuring integration and synchronization of inventory between the e\-commerce channel and all physical stores integrated into the operation. **Main responsibilities:** * Experience managing e\-commerce and marketplaces, especially **Mercado Livre**. * Experience managing people and leading teams. * Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms, preferably VTEX. * Experience in strategic planning, KPI analysis, and financial management. * Familiarity with paid media (Mercado Livre Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads). * Analytical capability to make data-driven decisions. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Finance, and Tax departments. * Proactive, organized profile with strategic vision and results orientation. **Mandatory requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields\- Completed, * Demonstrated experience in the described responsibilities, * Experience with the **Mercado Livre** platform.
