Replacing light bulbs, ballasts, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers. Running wires, assembling small infrastructure (conduits and raceways), and installing lighting fixtures. Inspecting electrical panels and testing the operation of generators or emergency lighting systems. Repairing simple leaks, replacing faucets, flush valves, shut-off valves, and traps. Cleaning and unclogging drains, toilets, sinks, and grease traps. Maintaining float switches, water pumps, and checking reservoir water levels (water tanks/cisterns). Wall repairs (plastering, drywall, skim coating) and general painting work. Replacing damaged tiles and ceramic floor tiles, installing baseboards and thresholds. Adjusting doors, replacing locks, hinges, overhead door closers, and maintaining partitions. Completed high school (preferred) or elementary school. Certification as an Electrical Installer, Building Maintenance Technician, or in related fields. NR-10 and NR-35 Proficiency in handling manual and electric tools (e.g., drill, angle grinder, multimeter). Basic ability to read hydraulic plans and simple electrical diagrams. Ability to visually identify potential problems before they cause serious failures. Storing tools properly and keeping the workplace clean after repairs. Strict adherence to the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
