Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco * Execute medium- and high-complexity projects through planning, scheduling, analysis, identification of required resources, and other requirements to meet project execution needs, while supporting Contract Management in adhering to the construction schedule—focusing on cost optimization, service quality and productivity, and construction sequencing—to achieve contractual objectives and targets; * Responsible for executing medium- and high-complexity projects; * Plan project initiation across all phases: issuance of work authorizations, project layout, fabrication detailing; * Coordinate human resources as defined by planning and/or as needed during service execution; * Conduct periodic meetings with other leaders to ensure achievement of cost, schedule, and quality targets; * Ensure compliance with established execution, quality, safety, and environmental procedures for each production activity; * Represent the Company before the client to address requirements; * Negotiate working conditions with the client for project execution; * Establish project measurement targets; * Report project progress and implement necessary measures to address and resolve identified deviations. * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with active CREA registration; * Alternatively, a Technical Professional in Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; * Experience in people management; * Solid experience in the field; * Offshore experience is an advantage; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of industry KPIs and sector-specific software.
