Academic Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree. A degree in Production Engineering or equivalent, technology course, or undergraduate degree with knowledge of industrial production is desirable. 1st Required Knowledge* Principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing, especially: pull system, continuous flow, Kaizen, 5S, spaghetti diagram, POP, A3, MFV, Andon, and Poka Yoke. * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (will be tested). * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B and driving experience. Number of Vacancies 1 Work Location Campos dos Goytacazes and surrounding region Job Details Primary assignment in Campos dos Goytacazes, with extended activities in the regions of Pádua, Itaperuna, and nearby locations, according to project demands. Occasional travel to Rio de Janeiro may occur on an ad-hoc basis, with accommodation and transportation provided by the institution.
