Ensure that health, safety, and environmental activities comply with Occupational Safety and Health Regulatory Standards and other applicable legislation, as well as Internal Procedure Standards, aiming to eliminate risks to people’s integrity and processes. **Responsibilities** * Conduct site-level Hazard & Risk and Aspect & Impact assessments and establish control measures for identified risks; * Lead the implementation of Global EHS and Sustainability Programs; * Coordinate EHS-related programs (PGR, PCMSO, Ergonomics, Waste Management, Emissions, NRs, etc.) to maintain compliance with applicable legal requirements; * Provide technical EHS support to other departments; * Manage Industrial Process Safety Programs; * Monitor site performance through key performance indicators; * Participate in—and ensure EHS Team participation in—programs across other departments; * Manage certification for ISO 45001 and 18001 standards; * Develop and implement training, education, and awareness programs; * Define and assess compliance with EHS execution standards, including those applicable to third-party contractors. **Safety and Environment:** * Comply with the Company’s established Health, Safety, and Environment procedures; * Ensure proper maintenance and correct use of safety equipment; * Report potential/actual deviations (incidents, near misses, observations/suggestions, etc.); * Participate in deviation analyses when requested; * Be aware of hazards and risks, as well as aspects and impacts related to one’s own activities—and of associated control measures; * Dispose of waste appropriately. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and specialization in Occupational Safety. **About Corbion** Corbion is the global market leader in lactic acid and its derivatives, and a leading supplier of emulsifiers, functional enzyme blends, minerals, vitamins, and algal ingredients.
