We overcome **challenges** to enhance operational performance. **Bring your energy to our business and join this success journey!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Forecast service demand (CM, PMs, and Breakdowns) for the next 30, 60, and 90 days. * Plan services (materials, tools, risk analysis, logistics, etc.) with a minimum lead time of two weeks. * Measure and control monthly service backlog, and develop plans to reduce it. * Perform weekly scheduling using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), resulting from an "Agreement" among all departments within the discipline and OIMs. * Conduct critical analysis of tasks and any deviations from the weekly plan. * Prioritize planning for Standard Performance Tasks, Critical Safety Elements, and Critical Activities, ensuring necessary resources and proper planning for task execution. * Submit weekly and monthly KPIs for Weekly and Monthly Reports, ensuring asset maintenance under your responsibility. * Monitor open work orders in the CMMS system and ensure proper completion and reporting of closure processes. * Actively participate in the integrated resource acquisition plan (materials and services) with onshore engineers and POB control. * Develop detailed schedules and planning for critical and complex activities, including shutdown checklists, and monitor execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education (Engineering degree preferred) * Planning skills and maintenance knowledge * MS Project or Primavera (schedule development and control) * Technical knowledge to understand offshore requirements * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with supervisors * Active listening ability and capacity to translate insights into action * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * CMMS (Star, SAP, Maximo, AMOS, etc.) * Fundamentals of Project Management * Familiarity with maintenance, inspection, and repair activities * Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams * Prior experience in maintenance planning (mandatory) * Prior experience as a maintenance technician and familiarity with marine and offshore systems (desirable) * Advanced English Our portfolio includes the chartering and operation of the FPSO Pioneiro de Libra (PDL) at the Mero field since 2017, as well as Operation and Maintenance services for Brava Energia at the Papa\-Terra field in the Campos Basin.
