Job Summary: Responsible for planning and controlling logistics services, assessing service supply conditions, and assisting in defining availability and feasibility for service delivery. Formalization of requests via email and telephone Work in the logistics area on planning and control of services at Ricker Transportes. Assess service supply conditions and assist management in determining availability, capacity, and feasibility for service delivery. Handle incoming and outgoing service request emails as well as telephone requests, subsequently formalizing them via email. - Issuance of Personnel RT (Personnel Embarkation and Disembarkation) - Issuance of Material RT - Contact with Professionals (Logistics Management – HOTEL + AIRFARE) - Transportation Scheduling (Urban and Travel) - Transportation Management via System (SIAW) - TS (Embarkation and Disembarkation) Issuance via STAR system - KM Management and Control – Monthly (The Portal system) - BCD Program Management (Airfare + Hotel Booking) Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.385,31 – R$3.202,14 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
