JOB OPENING: TEMPORARY ACCESS CONTROLLER Main Responsibilities: \* Access Monitoring: Operate motorized access control systems, including barriers, gates, and turnstiles. Ensure authorized entry of vehicles and pedestrians in accordance with established policies. \* Identity Verification: Require and verify proper identification from all individuals and vehicles seeking controlled access. Ensure that only authorized personnel are permitted to enter the premises. \* Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with visitors, suppliers, and team members. \* Provide instructions and guidance when necessary. \* Traffic Control: Coordinate internal traffic flow to prevent congestion and ensure efficient access. Report any incidents or suspicious activities to the security team. \* Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of entries and exits, including information on visitors, vehicles, and deliveries. Complete incident reports, if required. \* Emergency Response: Act promptly in emergency situations such as fires, evacuations, or other critical events. Collaborate with the security team to ensure overall facility safety. \* Compliance with Safety Regulations: Strictly adhere to company-established security policies and procedures. Participate in safety training as required.
