




**Job Mission:** Support the Human Resources Department team in carrying out administrative and operational demands within the People Management area of Grupo RDZ. Requirements: * Higher education in progress or completed; * Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); * Experience in the Human Resources field is desirable; * Knowledge of labor legislation and management systems is desirable; * Responsible for fully managing the employee onboarding, transfer, and promotion processes; * Register new employees in electronic time tracking and employee registration systems used by Grupo RDZ; * Send employment contracts and other documents to employees for electronic signature; * Organize and archive documents related to the Human Resources Department; * Provide employee support by answering questions and clarifying doubts regarding Human Resources matters; * Manage the benefits programs used by Grupo RDZ, including employee enrollment in platforms, updating registration data, payment requests, removal of terminated employees, and scheduling monthly payments through the system to the finance department; * Monitor the occupational health management process at Grupo RDZ, reviewing periodic medical exam follow-up reports, scheduling appointments, informing employees, arranging monthly payments to the finance department, and conducting verifications; * Be responsible for monitoring employee time records, verifying attendance, entry and exit times, overtime, absences, and delays, ensuring data accuracy; * Participate in weekly and monthly meetings of the People Management department; * Provide support in HR-related activities such as recruitment and selection, internal marketing, and other tasks when necessary. Working hours: 44 hours per week; Compensation: Fixed salary + R$ 300.00 monthly benefit card
