Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to plan, monitor, and control preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, manage the team, and implement processes to increase fleet availability. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for planning and controlling fleet maintenance. 2. Management of teams of mechanics, auto body technicians, and painters. 3. Development and implementation of Maintenance Processes. We are looking for a professional with fleet maintenance experience to join our team at Fiel Turismo. As the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, as well as building strong relationships with Maintenance staff, demonstrating leadership qualities. Your role will involve organizing and controlling maintenance operations for our fleet, as well as managing teams of mechanics, auto body technicians, painters, etc. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Maintenance Manager and executive management, addressing departmental needs and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Maintenance Processes aimed at increasing fleet availability for operations. Prior experience in this role is a plus.
