At Dr. Hair — a leading non-surgical hair health and aesthetics clinic — we are looking for a Senior Unit Manager to lead an operation experiencing strong growth. Your purpose will be to ensure a highly profitable unit with an engaged team and delighted customers, maintaining the brand's excellence standards. Manage the unit’s full operations (customer service, scheduling, inventory, facilities). Lead, develop, and monitor team performance. Track key performance indicators (revenue, conversion rate, average transaction value, NPS). Implement routines, processes, and quality standards. Work closely with the commercial team to boost sales. Ensure excellence throughout the customer journey, from first contact to post-service. Report results and action plans to senior management. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Proven experience as a unit, store, clinic, or service operation manager. Experience managing customer service and/or sales teams. Proficiency in performance metrics (KPIs) and visual management practices. Hands-on profile, results-oriented, and process-driven. Availability for in-person work during business hours, including Saturdays. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, dentistry, or franchise clinics. Prior experience in high-customer-volume businesses. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service management tools. Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
