We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate software releases, ensuring on-time, high-quality, low-risk deliveries. * Define deployment schedules and ensure alignment among Development, QA, Operations, and Business teams. * Manage the version lifecycle—from definition through post-deployment monitoring. * Define, implement, and evolve Change Management processes, ensuring control and traceability of changes. * Maintain continuous, transparent communication with stakeholders regarding release status. * Organize and maintain release documentation, including deployment plans, rollback plans, and release notes. * Drive continuous improvement of the release process, promoting automation and risk reduction. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * ITIL v4 Foundation certification or equivalent. * Experience in release and software delivery management, including planning, coordination, and control. * Knowledge of CI/CD, with understanding of integration and continuous delivery pipelines. * Experience with Change Management, applying processes to minimize implementation risks. * Experience with version control and automation tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar. * Experience documenting releases, including release notes, schedules, and rollback plans. * Business-oriented mindset aligned with technical impact—understanding how changes affect users and systems. **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Hands-on experience automating release and deployment processes. * Knowledge of cloud environments. * Experience in mission-critical or high-availability systems. **Additional Information** Want to see all our open positions?
