The Procurement Coordinator will lead the end-to-end supply cycle, ensuring strategic decision-making, strong partnerships, and operational excellence with a customer-centric focus.

**Mission:**
The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply cycle, ensuring intelligent decisions, solid partnerships, and consistent results—always with a focus on the customer, responsible resource management, and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the entire procurement cycle—from requisition, quotation, negotiation, and purchase through to delivery and fulfillment of agreed terms.
* Supervise consumption forecasts, procurement planning, and scheduling to ensure continuous and efficient supply.
* Participate in defining and executing corporate procurement strategies, seeking optimal cost-benefit ratios, delivery timelines, and quality.
* Develop, update, and ensure compliance with corporate procurement procedures, policies, and standards.
* Monitor and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs, analyzing deviations and implementing corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with strategic, high-value, or operationally critical suppliers.
* Conduct supplier market research and analysis to identify opportunities, develop new suppliers, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
* Evaluate and propose alternative products and suppliers to continuously improve quality, costs, and profitability.
* Ensure integration between Procurement and partner departments (Finance, Production, Logistics, Quality, etc.).
* Strategically contribute to the Financial Cycle, supporting definition of average stock holding periods and payment term negotiations.
* Supervise item and supplier master data registration in the ERP system, ensuring standardization, data integrity, and absence of duplicates.
* Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance, delivering structured feedback and promoting continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields
* Solid experience across procurement sub-processes
* Experience in management roles
* Experience in distribution and wholesale sectors is a plus
* Strong expertise in strategic negotiation
* Must reside in Macaé and surrounding areas
