Job Summary: This role involves technical and administrative support for asset integrity management services, with a focus on reviewing and organizing inspection reports. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous development and training **Role** Assigned to a major Client Contract to support various aspects of EM\&I’s Asset Integrity Management Services (AIMS), including technical review of site reports from EM\&I's ODIN Alternative UWILD and NoMan Remote Inspections. **Academic Competencies** Technical degree in mechanics, electrical, electronics, naval or similar. **Experience Competencies** * At least 2 years of experience in creating and revising inspection reports of diving or ROV campaigns for Petrobras projects is desirable. * Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Proficient in Google Workspace or other similar cloud computing productivity and collaboration applications * Computer based drawing modifications and editing skills desirable. * Ability to work as an effective team member with all levels of personnel and with an appreciation for a high standard of safety. * Excellent oral and written communication skills (Portuguese and English) * High level of organisational and planning skills. * Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. * Ability to work remotely by effectively prioritising work and using initiative to work independently. * Basic knowledge of Non\-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques (e.g. radiography, MPI, DPI, Ultrasonic and Eddy Current) is desirable, along with UWILD requirements. **Responsibilities** * Adhere to Quality Management System, * Data collection from technical documents and drawings. * Review and sort inspection reports, converting from Technician issued Excel versions to Client ready PDF. * Assisting with technical support for site\-based personnel. * Edit and mark\-up technical drawings utilising drawing packages or by hand as required. * Data upload into asset integrity database(s). * Any other ad\-hoc or project specific duties as requested by Line Manager. **What we offer:** * Competitive rates * Training and development * Work within experienced teams. * Global project support.
