Job Summary:
This role involves providing basic technical support to users, assisting with software and system configurations, and aiding in IT equipment maintenance.

**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and Microsoft Office suite.
* Familiarity with networking and connectivity concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
* Interest and willingness to learn about technical support and IT infrastructure.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide basic technical support to users via phone, email, or in person; log and track helpdesk tickets in the ticketing system; assist with installation and configuration of software and operating systems; support configuration of emails, printers, Wi-Fi networks, and other devices; diagnose and resolve simple connectivity and machine performance issues; support preventive maintenance of IT equipment; assist in documenting technical procedures and creating user manuals; escalate complex tickets to the senior team when necessary.
