Job Summary: Assist in assembling and maintaining computers, installing software, providing user support, and supporting structured network environments, ensuring workplace organization. Compliance with Quality, Health, and Safety guidelines Assist in assembling and maintaining computers, installing software, providing user support, and supporting structured network environments. * Be responsible for workplace organization; * Address the needs of various James Fisher departments through operational IT support; * Assist in operating IT equipment; * Process and issue reports to various departments; * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines; * Adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, whereby each individual is accountable for the Quality, Health, and Safety aspects of their activities, as well as for environmental preservation during their work.
