




Job Summary: Support administrative and operational activities while developing professional and behavioral competencies under supervision within an apprenticeship program. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in training sessions and formative activities Support administrative and operational activities of the company by developing professional and behavioral competencies through supervised tasks aligned with the Apprenticeship Program guidelines. 1\. Assist in administrative routines such as organizing documents, spreadsheets, and files; 2\. Support internal customer service by directing requests to the responsible parties; 3\. Perform simple data entries in systems, spreadsheets, and internal controls; 4\. Support IT tasks including equipment labeling and organization, incident ticket registration, and internal/external communications with clients and suppliers; 5\. Assist warehouse tasks including receipt, verification, and organization of materials; 6\. Assist procurement tasks including communication with suppliers and organization of quotation processes; 7\. Assist logistics tasks including identification, separation, and movement of materials as instructed; 8\. Assist operational departments as instructed; 9\. Maintain organization of workspaces, inventory, and files; 10\. Participate in internal training sessions and formative activities of the apprenticeship program; Comply with internal regulations, safety policies, and operational procedures.
