Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and duties** About the position: We are seeking a commercially oriented professional with experience in the healthcare sector to manage relationships with physicians, clinics, medical offices, and hospitals — strengthening strategic partnerships and expanding our diagnostic testing referral network. This person will be responsible for presenting DASA’s services, with emphasis on the CCP (sample collection at medical offices) model, promoting diagnostic testing solutions, as well as managing an existing client portfolio and prospecting new partners. * Conduct external visits to physicians and strategic partners within the portfolio; * Prospect new partners, including clinics, medical offices, hospitals, and physicians; * Present DASA’s CCP (sample collection at medical offices) services; * Develop consultative relationships with healthcare professionals; * Drive expansion and strengthening of commercial partnerships; * Monitor and manage the customer portfolio/dashboard; * Support channeling partnerships for collection of samples previously obtained by physicians, such as cytologies and biopsies; * Track business opportunities and support regional commercial strategies. **Requirements and qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: **Mandatory:** * Experience in the healthcare sector; * Experience in external sales, commercial relationship management, or physician detailing; * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Proactive profile with a results orientation; **Preferred:** * Experience with laboratories, diagnostics, hospitals, or clinics; * Familiarity with physician detailing routines and relationships with healthcare professionals; * Completed undergraduate degree (in healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing and Advertising, or related fields); * Experience in prospecting and developing commercial partnerships. **Additional information** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs — check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Professional development: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
