Develop institutional and strategic content for social media **About the Role** We seek a professional with experience and creativity to manage the company’s digital media—not only executing tasks but also **planning and structuring marketing in alignment with the organization’s growth**. This person will be responsible for organizing the company’s communications, enhancing consistency, positioning, and digital presence. **About the Company** The Uni North Global Group operates across several strategic economic sectors, including civil construction, solar energy, transportation, healthcare, events, and agribusiness. With operations throughout Brazil, the group develops projects and delivers services focused on quality, efficiency, and sustainability—always valuing its employees and striving to provide comprehensive solutions to its clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and execute social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, among others) * Create and maintain a content posting calendar * Develop institutional and strategic content * Support strengthening the UniNorth brand * Transform the company’s daily activities into relevant content * Monitor trends and propose continuous improvements * Support internal (endomarketing) and external campaigns * Ensure visual and communicative consistency **Requirements:** * Prior experience in digital marketing and media management * Creative profile with strong communication skills * Organizational ability and autonomy in managing tasks * Understanding of content planning * Proficiency with content creation tools * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in marketing for service-based, engineering, or construction companies * Basic knowledge of paid traffic * Experience in branding and brand positioning * Experience in internal marketing (endomarketing) **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Proactive with an owner’s mindset * Creative, yet results-oriented * Organized and consistent * Capable of turning ideas into execution * Open to building processes from scratch **Job Details** On-site position Location: Av.
