Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields. * Knowledge in inventory management. * Computer skills; Office Suite; Operating system. * Advantage: Knowledge of JDM parts and products. * Must reside in QUERINÓPOLIS \- GO. * Execute, delegate, guide and supervise the receipt of general materials destined for the Warehouse (agricultural equipment parts and other inventory items) to meet customer sales demands, including receiving, checking materials and forwarding them for storage, as well as processing all documentation for respective controls; * Manage monitoring of parts and products in the warehouse regarding their physical integrity and expiration dates (perishable products); * Supervise storage of received materials, ensuring organization and safety of storage to meet requests quickly and appropriately, as well as ensuring correct recording of entries and exits for control and traceability; * Manage product dispatch according to workshop requests, transfers to other branches, and invoiced sales orders, observing compliance with invoices/requests, packaging, identification, cargo loading and updating inventory records accordingly. * Request missing parts from branches or suppliers to serve customers (counter or workshop); * Ensure operational safety during inventory handling, guide and train subordinates aiming at better performance, participate in personnel management processes (selection, transfers, promotions and dismissals), and maintain order, cleanliness, organization and discipline in the area. * Annually organize the physical inventory count, comparing item balances with documented records for control, verification and correction of accounting results. * Perform daily inventory checks to mitigate possible inventory errors arising from previous movements, and monitor/execute all procedures to resolve identified discrepancies; * Coordinate with the Sales department on product dispatch to prepare the area for quick response to customer needs or internal procedures, including availability of space and workforce for this purpose. * Monitor other warehouse routines: Forklift maintenance; Overages/Shortages cases (with supplier); Request purchases of warehouse supplies; Physical management of the environment (infrastructure improvements); Suggest improvement training for warehouse staff; Monitor integrity of department vehicles; Perform other tasks related to the position at the supervisor's discretion. * Continuously focus on customer orientation, anticipating their needs by prioritizing activities with greater impact on business results; * Comply with formal guidelines established in company policies and procedures: code of conduct, IT policy, Training policy, data confidentiality and privacy policy, Health Safety and Environment policy, etc.; * Identify and propose improvements in area processes; 2509170202251217764
