Description
**About the Position:**
Strategically manage asset reliability by leveraging data analysis, statistics, and other reliability engineering tools to increase asset availability and ensure safe operation.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Manage the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program, including conducting and tracking corrective actions;
* Conduct reliability studies (RCM, FMEA, statistical analysis of KPIs, re-engineering, and criticality analysis);
* Develop and update maintenance tactics and plans;
* Drive maintenance and industrial process improvements by implementing identified solutions and new market-applied technologies, aligned with current planning;
* Contribute to reducing industrial maintenance costs by developing alternative parts and services, ensuring product quality, equipment availability, and compliance with applicable standards and procedures;
* + Support scheduling and planning of major shutdowns and off-season maintenance by providing information from the failure analysis group and results of predictive inspections;
* Support maintenance teams in fulfilling quality programs, operational requirements, and environmental preservation in accordance with current legislation;
* Comply with quality management-controlled documents specific to the area of responsibility.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Engineering degree (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields);
* Experience in industrial maintenance and/or reliability;
* Knowledge of tools and methods for failure analysis;
* Knowledge of maintenance plan development;
* Familiarity with maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, and OEE);
* Proficiency in MS Project;
* Willingness to reside in Quirinópolis, Gouvelândia, or Inaciolândia.
