Your Role As a Market and Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in the company’s strategic decision-making by leveraging collected data and your analyses. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be the go-to expert for market understanding and performance analysis, connecting external market data, internal performance metrics, and strategic opportunities. You will act as a true partner and solution provider for your colleagues in the Sales and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities *Market Intelligence & Market Research:* Calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): market share, penetration rate. Manage external data providers and market intelligence platforms. Conduct market research combining desk research and fieldwork: product sampling at retail points of sale internationally, participation in professional trade fairs, development of insights from internal and external networks.
