Total transparency, continuous innovation, and close monitoring of processes amid technological advancements have been the pillars of our entrepreneurial success. **Position:** ---------- * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Install and update operating systems, programs, and applications. * Configure user accounts, corporate email addresses, and access permissions. * Monitor the operation of the IT infrastructure and ensure system availability. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. * Assist in managing local area networks (LAN), internet connections, routers, switches, and structured cabling. * Install, configure, and maintain camera surveillance systems (CCTV), DVRs, NVRs, and electronic security devices. * Perform maintenance and technical support for automatic gates, access control systems, and related devices.
