We are seeking a technical-commercial professional who is proactive and possesses strong relationship-building skills to lead demand-generation initiatives in the Guarapuava/PR region. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead demand-generation activities, including: + Side-by-Side Field Support + Field Days + Harvest Result Demonstrations + Training Sessions and Technical Presentations + Roadside Signage Installation + Mini Billboard Installation + Organization of Technical and Commercial Events * Launch and track these activities in CRM tools such as Salesforce. * Identify, prospect, and maintain strategic relationships with influential producers in the region. * Support RTVs (Regional Technical Representatives) in commercial planning, including participation and assistance at industry fairs and events. * Contribute to strengthening brand presence and technical positioning within the operational region. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. * Technical knowledge of soybean and wheat crops. * Driver’s license Category B. * Willingness to travel. * Willingness to reside in the Guarapuava – PR region. **Expected Competencies:** * Proactivity and initiative. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Resilience and adaptability. * Organizational skills and commitment to results.
