A professional responsible for managing the customer portfolio, identifying business opportunities, promoting sales of financial products and services, and prospecting new cooperatives.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Manage the customer portfolio by identifying business opportunities and promoting sales of products and services, including opening, updating, and closing checking accounts, savings accounts, and payroll accounts.
* Perform opening, updating, and closing of checking accounts, savings accounts, and payroll accounts.
* Conduct periodic visits to cooperatives to monitor satisfaction levels and identify potential improvements.
* Conduct visits to prospect new cooperatives.
* Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
* Develop relationship-building and retention strategies for cooperatives, promoting and participating in marketing initiatives and events.
* Collaborate with internal departments of the cooperative to ensure delivery of solutions meeting members’ expectations.
* Monitor cooperative and portfolio performance and results reports, supporting implementation of action plans to achieve targets.
* Participate in training and capacity-building programs to stay updated on cooperative-provided products and services.
* Execute all activities related to credit operations and fund-raising.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree (in fields such as administration, accounting, economics, or related areas)
* CPA certification (CPA-10 or CPA-20).
* Availability for travel, training, and courses;
* Knowledge of marketing financial products and services;
* Prior experience in a financial institution (credit cooperative) is desirable;
