Description: You will act as the coordinator of the framework team for SaaS/Cloud Native products developed in JAVA. In addition to the component framework, the team is also responsible for TOTVS Apps platform services, such as messaging (RabbitMQ and PubSub), email, SMS, and WhatsApp delivery, among others. You will manage project execution control and reporting for goals, as well as monitor and control cloud costs for services under your responsibility. This professional will play a strategic role in technical coordination, people management, project governance, and cloud financial control, acting as the liaison between engineering, product, and leadership. Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate and lead software development teams (engineers and technical specialists). * Plan, monitor, and report on projects, goals, and performance indicators. * Ensure the evolution and quality of Java frameworks and Cloud Native services. * Monitor and control cloud costs (FinOps), ensuring operational efficiency and financial predictability. * Participate in technical prioritization and backlog management together with stakeholders. * Lead people management, including performance tracking, continuous feedback, and definition of IDPs (Individual Development Plans). * Promote best practices in engineering, architecture, security, observability, and reliability. * Support technical decisions with business, scalability, and sustainability perspectives.
