




Job Summary: Lead and supervise the management, operation, and conservation of a center, ensuring optimal condition of its infrastructure and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team coordination and resource optimization Salary: **To be agreed** Contract Type: **Indefinite-term** Working Hours: **Flexible schedule** Years of Experience: **No experience required** Job Mission: Lead, organize, and supervise all activities related to the management, operation, and conservation of the center, ensuring optimal condition of infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. Job Responsibilities * Develop and implement building conservation plans (legal, preventive, and corrective maintenance). * Manage the maintenance team. * Supervise the inventory of consumables, tools, and materials. * Monitor the monthly budget (warehouses, consumables, repairs, spare parts). * Manage technical and maintenance documentation. * Design and implement an energy-saving plan. * Prepare periodic reports on the condition of the building, facilities, and equipment. * Coordinate audits for quality, environmental, and energy efficiency certifications. * Review external contracts according to quality criteria. * Advise Management on construction works, installations, and renovations. * Manage internal and external communication, as well as customer complaints. * Keep HR, occupational health and safety (PRL), and internal process procedures and records up to date. Hierarchical and Functional Reporting: * Hierarchical: Center Manager * Functional: Corporate Director of Engineering Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Solid technical knowledge of building systems. Desirable Qualifications: * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * User-level IT skills (Microsoft Office 365, AutoCAD, BIM). * Environmental management and energy efficiency. * Team management. Experience: * Minimum 5 years in a similar position. * Experience managing teams of more than 10 people. * Valuable experience in energy efficiency projects, construction works, and installations.
