Mentorship of mid-level and junior developers The positions are for a strategic project in the telecommunications sector, focusing on the development and maintenance of B2B/wholesale solutions. The professional will be responsible for developing microservices and high-volume data integrations, using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). What will be your role? * Act as a technical reference in developing and maintaining telecommunications-sector solutions. * Collaborate in defining architecture and development best practices. * Actively participate in maintaining existing integrations and evolving new products. * Mentor mid-level and junior developers. * Support pre-sales processes and technical presentations to clients. We expect you to have: * Solid Java development experience (preference for Java 11+). * Proficiency in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Web, Security, Data). * Experience with API-based integrations (REST), messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and microservices. * Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Familiarity with API gateways such as Kong or Apigee. * Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, or ELK). It would be great if you also have (your differentiators): * Knowledge of Golang. * Experience in front-end development (React, Vue, or Angular). * Knowledge of API security and CQRS practices. * Experience with PL/SQL and query tuning. *
