Then seize this opportunity and apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Define, maintain, and evolve the **product quality strategy**, structuring the test pyramid (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end, and exploratory) and ensuring alignment among test coverage, business risk, and regulatory criticality. * Plan and execute **functional, non-functional, and exploratory tests**, applying formal test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, state transition, and pairwise testing) to maximize coverage and minimize redundancy. * Design, develop, and maintain **automated tests** across multiple stack levels (APIs, services, frontend, and integrations), ensuring automation is reliable, sustainable, and integrated into the CI/CD pipeline. * Define and validate **contract and integration tests** between internal and third-party systems, guaranteeing schema consistency, API versioning, and backward compatibility. * Conduct **performance, load, and stress tests**, evaluating throughput, latency, concurrency, resource usage, and behavior under peak demand—especially in high-volume data and mission-critical processing scenarios (payroll, tax obligations, mass events). * Analyze system **testability**, influencing architectural decisions (observability, logging, tracing, feature flags, test environments, synthetic data) to improve delivery predictability and reliability. * Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to perform **root cause analysis** of critical defects, preventing recurrence and promoting structural improvements to both the system and processes. * Ensure traceability among **requirements, test scenarios, defects, and quality metrics**, supporting evidence-based release decisions (quality gates). * Define, monitor, and report **quality metrics**, including: defect leakage, test coverage, MTTR, flakiness rate, production failures per release, pipeline stability, and residual risk per version. * Produce QA technical documentation (strategy, test plans, acceptance criteria, regression checklists, risk reports), clearly communicating technical and business impacts to stakeholders. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology and Innovation, or related fields. * Knowledge of Software Testing; * Knowledge of programming and scripting; * Knowledge of databases and SQL. **What We Offer:** * Conexa — Telemedicine platform offering access to nutritionists, psychologists, and general practitioners; * GoGood and WellHub — Platforms for gyms and wellness; * Guapeco — Pet health plan (for dogs and cats); * OnHappy — Travel platform with discounts; * Employee Referral Program; * Birthday Day Off; * Corporate University; * Partnership with Open English; * Discount partnerships with universities, food, health, and wellness providers; * Semi-annual bonus program based on company performance achievement.
