Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Van Driver to handle clothing and textile collection and delivery, ensuring safety and excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and up to date with basic maintenance Van Driver (Laundry) About the company: A laundry service located in Chapecó\-SC, specializing in washing, ironing, and delivery of clothing and textiles for residential and corporate clients. We seek a responsible driver with good appearance and a strong focus on customer service. Main responsibilities: * Safely drive the company van for clothing and textile collection and delivery according to pre\-defined routes; * Load, unload, and properly secure items, taking care with fragile or delicate garments; * Verify service notes, labels, and item checklists at the time of collection and delivery; * Deliver and collect products within scheduled deadlines and confirm receipt via signature/photo when requested; * Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and maintain basic fluid levels (oil, coolant, tire pressure); report maintenance needs; * Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, escalating complaints or incidents to supervision; * Comply with safety, traffic, and internal procedures (use of PPEs, proper cargo loading/securing). Mandatory requirements: * Valid driver’s license (Category B) — preference for candidates with experience driving vans/light cargo vehicles; * Minimum 6 months/years of experience as a delivery driver (preferred); * Basic knowledge of preventive vehicle maintenance; * Availability to work during business hours and Saturday mornings Skills and personal profile: * Punctuality and responsibility; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organization, attention to detail, and careful handling of items; * Physical ability to lift moderate loads.
