Contribution to corporate programs and guidelines Querência, MT The company accepts applications from candidates located in any city in Brazil Supervision/ Coordination To be agreed upon CLT employment regime Job Details **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance services for machines and equipment, monitoring and approving completed work. Evaluate and monitor maintenance suppliers and service providers, conduct quotations, analyze proposals, and issue recommendations for higher-level approval. Request procurement of materials required for maintenance execution, according to scheduling or need. Participate in people management processes, including recruitment, internal transfers, and terminations. Contribute to the implementation of Amaggi’s corporate programs and guidelines, such as OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), Continuous Improvement, Quality, Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, as well as other related activities. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields; Solid knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; Experience in agricultural maintenance is a plus.
