Execute maintenance activities according to pre-established procedures in service orders. Maintain organization and cleanliness at work sites and maintenance workshops, and properly dispose of waste. Assist in manufacturing and/or adjusting parts or assemblies of production and operational machines. Assist, if assigned, in various welding tasks on different parts and instruments. Perform, if designated, lubrication of machines and equipment. **Main Responsibilities / Requirements:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance of lower complexity on machines, equipment, parts, and accessories, disassembling them, making adjustments, replacing damaged components, and conducting tests to ensure proper operation and performance. * Execute maintenance activities according to pre-established procedures in service orders, as well as accurately record all services performed, anomalies detected, request service approval, and make service orders available for closure in the maintenance system. * Conduct preventive and predictive inspections following procedures and using appropriate tools for each inspection, identifying equipment failures and reporting them for corrective actions. * Maintain organization and cleanliness at work sites and maintenance workshops, properly dispose of waste, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. * Use maintenance tools and instruments correctly and responsibly, ensuring their availability, integrity, and preservation. * Assist in manufacturing and/or adjusting parts or assemblies of production and operational machines based on predefined models and/or drawings. * Perform, if designated, lubrication of machines and equipment using the appropriate lubricant (greases and oils) specified. * Assist in preparing and adjusting machines and equipment, detecting defects such as leaks, misalignments, worn or loose parts, performing necessary part replacements and adjustments. * Assist, if assigned, in various welding tasks on different parts and instruments when necessary. * Assist, when needed, in performing various building maintenance services such as carpentry, metalworking, and painting. * Ensure the physical safety and security of employees, as well as product, machine, and equipment safety during maintenance operations, by observing and complying with occupational safety regulations. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures by participating in lectures and training sessions, using PPE, properly handling machines and equipment, among others. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and following established standards and/or technical regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience in Silo Maintenance; * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related fields; * Completed high school; * Availability for occasional travel; * Availability to stay in accommodations; * Valid driver's license; **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Insurance * + Meal allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with company contribution) * Life Insurance * + Transportation allowance (Transportation voucher or Parking or Shuttle bus) * Pharmacy discount program * Childcare allowance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * Profit Sharing (PLR) - Based on achievement of goals and results * "Count on us" Program - Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents.
