Ensure the process of material and goods registration, receipt, exchange, and returns, ensuring legality and compliance of operations and mitigating tax risks. 1\. Perform daily invoice entries. 2\. Issue daily automatic transfer invoices for materials and goods between warehouses and stores through sales orders, according to internal procedures. 13\. Verify whether the supplier is from the same state or not; if from the same state, ICMS/ST collection is not required; if from another state, verify tax collection, and if not collected, send the NFe to the Accounting Office for tax assessment; 14\. Assist in organizing and maintaining tax documents, ensuring they are available for consultation and audit when needed; 16\. Stay updated on changes in tax and fiscal legislation, ensuring the company complies with current regulations; 17\. Perform individual maintenance of goods prices when necessary, according to cost rules; 18\. Update offline prices (e\-commerce), selecting priced items when necessary, according to cost rules; 19\. Print traditional shelf labels (cash), installment labels (12x), fan and chandelier labels (12x), promotional labels, and identification labels. 20\. Control inventory of items to be returned; 21\.
