Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Location: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As Senior Risk Manager, you will work within the CRM Data Engineering Management unit, and your main responsibilities will include: * Leading the data and technology strategy for the CRM Directorate; * Leading multidisciplinary teams in developing data engineering, data science, and software development solutions; * Negotiating and aligning with partner areas to ensure synergy and alignment with strategic objectives; * Removing critical impediments and resolving conflicts between technical teams and business units; * Defining internal standards, data governance policies, and performance indicators; * Monitoring technological trends and proposing innovations (AI, automation, modern pipelines); * Producing strategic materials and executive reports to support decision-making. * **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams; * Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or companies with strong technological operations; * Knowledge of Databricks or related tools; * Knowledge of analytical solutions, Big Data, and data governance; * Knowledge of on-premise and cloud infrastructure and architecture; * Knowledge of programming languages: Python, SQL, R, or related; * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate English.
