The professional will support the metalworker across various tasks, contributing to project execution and maintaining workplace organization. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking learning and development in the metalworking field. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist the metalworker throughout all production stages, from cutting to assembly and installation. * Prepare materials, including cutting, sanding, drilling, and deburring of metal parts. * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the workplace, tools, and equipment. * Operate hand and power tools, such as grinders, drills, saws, and sanders. * Assist in loading and unloading materials and metal structures. * Support the assembly and installation of gates, grilles, structures, and other metalworking products. * Perform finishing operations on parts, such as polishing and basic painting. * Follow safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the metalworking field. * Good physical capacity to handle materials and tools. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Prior experience in metalworking, civil construction, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of reading simple technical drawings or blueprints. #### **Benefits:** * Dental plan * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Cafeterias in all stores * Up to 70% discount on universities (for employee and dependents) * Discounts on company products * SESC for your leisure and that of your dependents :) * SENAC (vocational training courses for you and your dependents) #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday.
