





Description: * Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester of programs related to administration, finance, and/or insurance; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Results-oriented, organized, proactive, and possessing strong communication skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, collaboration, creativity, and teamwork. * Support updating internal controls; * Assist in document triage based on health insurers’ checklists; * Support sending standard notifications to end insured parties; * Assist the team in processes involving movement, billing, and customer service; * Assist in monitoring and following up on overdue tasks; * Support administrative routines within the insurance and benefits area; * Assist in managing policies, endorsements, and renewals with insurers and clients; * Support client service by clarifying inquiries and tracking requests; * Collaborate with the team on various operational tasks as required by the department, supporting analysts and ensuring proper organization of files and records in internal systems. 251209020314565694
