We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise Facilities operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal departments. * Oversee building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, furniture) and engage responsible teams. * Manage and monitor outsourced services (cleaning, security, reception, surveillance). * Control essential supplies and materials required for unit operations. * Monitor construction projects and improvements, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Develop and monitor the departmental budget, analyzing variances and costs. * Supervise contracts, requisitions, payments, and administrative routines. * Track KPIs, prepare reports, and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, QSSMA, compliance, and anti-bribery standards. * Supervise waste disposal and maintain up-to-date licenses and permits. * Lead the team by assigning tasks, tracking goals, managing attendance, conducting training, and supporting development. * Handle conflict resolution and promote an organized, collaborative workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek in you:** Completed Bachelor’s degree; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of: SAP and Service Desk. **You stand out if you have:** Postgraduate degree in Business Management or related fields; Experience in people and process management; Competencies such as: Leadership; Operational planning; Process management; Decision-making; Team supervision; Conflict resolution; Communication; Quality control. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, moving thousands of people daily through holistic, impactful mobility solutions.
